2. The installation point should avoid humid environments to prevent water mist and droplets from splashing inside the machine, which may directly burn out the machine;

3. The installation location should avoid direct sunlight and refraction, and the scene illumination should be less than 4000LUX; Otherwise, strong sunlight will affect the touch effect. If the all-in-one machine is installed by the window, it is recommended to install curtains.

4. The installation site of the whole machine must be ventilated, leaving a space of 10cm to 20cm around the integrated machine to ensure good ventilation; The operating environment temperature must be below 50 degrees Celsius;

5. Please ensure that the ground wire (E-pole) of the power strip is properly grounded when installing the entire machine;

6. Ensure that there is no strong vibration when installing and moving the entire machine;

2、 Operating instructions

1. The "Backlight Adjustment" button on the remote control can be used to adjust the brightness of the display screen backlight of the all-in-one machine, which is divided into three levels: "High", "Medium", and "Low". The low level is the darkest (or the backlight is fully turned off). When the all-in-one machine leaves the factory, the backlight is set to a "medium" level suitable for human viewing, and it is not recommended to adjust the backlight again. The backlight adjustment function has a memory function, which means setting the brightness level before shutting down will determine the brightness level for the next power on. If the customer accidentally adjusts the backlight to low and the backlight is dim or no display on the next power on. Therefore, when encountering a situation where there is no display when starting up, it is not necessarily a machine malfunction. Please try using the "backlight adjustment" button to adjust the backlight first.

2. Instructions for the operation of the all-in-one machine: When using the touch interactive all-in-one machine for the first time, please make sure that the power cables of the all-in-one machine and the computer are plugged in, the power switch of the all-in-one machine is in the "I" position (it will light up when powered on, and if it is in the "O" position, it will not light up), make sure that the VGA signal cable (HDMI cable can also be used to transmit signals) and the touch USB connection cable are connected to the all-in-one machine and the computer. Press the "standby" button on the remote control or the "power" button on the right side of the machine (different models will be in front) to start the all-in-one machine. Please follow the order of turning on the TV before turning on the computer when turning on the all-in-one computer, and turning off the computer before turning off the TV when turning off the computer. Please use touch (or mouse, keyboard) to follow the normal shutdown procedure to turn off the integrated machine computer. It is not allowed to directly shut down the power, as this will damage the machine hardware! If the machine is not used for a long time, please disconnect the power sockets of the all-in-one machine and the computer.

3. After the first startup of the computer, it takes about 5-10 seconds to recognize the touch screen, so please wait for 10 seconds before performing touch operations. The all-in-one machine supports 2 or more touch points, without the need to install drivers, and is plug and play. Please note that multi touch with 2 or more points can only be supported on systems with WIN 7 Professional or higher versions, and single touch operation is only supported on XP systems.
3、 Safety precautions

Incorrect use can still lead to electric shock or fire accidents. To prevent dangerous situations, please follow the following instructions when installing, using, and cleaning this machine. To ensure your safety and extend the service life of the all-in-one machine, please carefully read the following safety precautions.
1. Thunderstorm weather

To avoid product damage, do not use this device during thunderstorms and unplug the power plug, antenna, or electrical circuit.

2. Power cord and socket

★ AC power sockets and extension wires should not be overloaded, as overloading can cause fire or electric shock accidents.

The power cord should be properly set up to avoid being stepped on or squeezed by objects. Please check the plug and the power cord interface of this device.

Before moving the TV, please unplug the power plug to avoid damaging the AC power cord and causing fire or electric shock.

The AC power plug should be fully inserted into the AC power socket. If it becomes loose, it may cause sparks and lead to a fire.

When unplugging the AC power cord, please hold the plug and do not pull the power cord itself.

When not using this device for a long time, do not put it in standby mode. Please unplug it from the power outlet.

★ Use the power supply specified on the product label.

The three core power supply must be in good connection with the ground to avoid the risk of electric shock. (with three core power supply)

For emergency power sources, if a generator is used to generate electricity after a power outage, caution should be exercised to ensure continuous and stable voltage. Generally speaking, as long as the voltage remains stable within the range of 100V-240V and is not fluctuating, the all-in-one machine can be used normally.

3. Installation and use

All interfaces of this machine need to be plugged and unplugged with power off.

Please do not remove the back cover without authorization to prevent electric shock. There are no components inside the all-in-one machine that users can handle themselves. If there are any problems, please contact the manufacturer's customer service center.

★ Do not use this machine near water, such as bathtubs, swimming pools, or damp basements. Do not place containers containing water (vases, cups, makeup boxes) on this machine.

★ Do not place this device in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as radiators, heating equipment, stoves, and other heating devices.

This machine is suitable for use in environments with relatively no electromagnetic interference. If the device is used near a strong electromagnetic field or in a place where electromagnetic noise covers the input signal, it will cause interference such as fluctuations in the image or sound or the generation of noise.

Do not let metal or flammable materials fall into the machine, especially when children are present.

If any abnormal phenomenon occurs, please take the following measures: 1. Immediately turn off the power; 2. Disconnect the power plug from the AC power outlet.

4. Cleaning

Before cleaning this machine, please unplug the power plug from the AC power outlet, otherwise it may cause electric shock.

Please wipe the casing with a soft dry cloth and do not spray volatile compounds on the casing.

If the casing is very dirty, please use a neutral cleaning agent dissolved in water to wipe it and avoid touching the LCD screen.

Do not use organic solvents such as diluents, gasoline, alcohol, etc. to wipe this machine; When wiping the LCD screen, be sure to use a dedicated LCD cleaning cloth or a very soft cotton lint free cloth, spray an appropriate amount of deionized water to make the cleaning cloth slightly damp, and then gently wipe it; LCD screens are very delicate, so the movements must be light, otherwise it is easy to scratch the screen.

5. Environmental temperature

When the all-in-one machine is moved from a low-temperature environment to a high-temperature environment, or when the ambient temperature suddenly changes, the image of the all-in-one machine may become blurry, or the color quality of some images may decrease. This is because the water vapor on the glass or display panel inside the all-in-one machine has already condensed. Let the water vapor evaporate before using the all-in-one machine.

6. Moving

★ Two or more people are required to move the all-in-one machine. When moving, do not vibrate or shake the all-in-one machine too much, as it may fall and be damaged or cause personal injury.

7. Attached device

★ Do not use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Improper use of attached devices may result in accidents.

When installing the all-in-one machine, please use the base or wall mounting bracket provided by the manufacturer. Otherwise, the all-in-one machine may fall or cause serious personal injury.

8. Ventilation

Do not insert any foreign objects into the machine through ventilation holes or openings. There is high voltage inside the machine, and inserting foreign objects can cause electric shock or short circuit of internal parts. Similarly, do not splash water or other liquids inside the device.

The ventilation holes and other openings on the body are used for ventilation. Due to poor ventilation, this machine may overheat and shorten its service life. Please do not cover these ventilation holes and openings. Do not place this device on the surface of beds, sofas, carpets, or other similar objects as they may block ventilation holes. The installation of this machine is non built-in, therefore. Do not place this machine in a closed place (such as a bookshelf or shelf) unless the ventilation is good or does not violate the manufacturer's instructions.

If there is too much dust accumulated in the ventilation and heat dissipation holes of the body, please clean it in a timely manner.
